  This place is horrible!!!! If I could rate zero I would!!! And worst customer service. Red Dot Storgae bought the storage units off previous owner and company which was Storage Reserve late last year and for the 3 and a half years never had a problem with my unit with previous owner and they always had employees walking around the units making sure everything was clean and up to par, someone was always in the main office for any questions and concern. Since Red Dot Storage bought units off of my once beloved Storage Reserve they fired everyone and replaced people for kiosk machines and a 1800 number, facility is never clean and for the first time in 3 1/2 years I found mice droppings in my storage unit. I called Greg from Colorado who was rude did not want to give any information on a manager or someone that can make a change, Greg did not want tohelp with anything and hung up on me. I’m canceling my storage unit by next month cannot believe it. Reserve Storage Come and buy your units back please!!!!!
