  I didn't actually use Tim's, but instead asked them to come out and put in a bid. I recently purchased a home that was in the middle of a significant backyard renovation. The owner, Tim, listened to my story over the phone and came out to take a look at the project. Tim was incredibly nice and HONEST. We walked through the project and he eventually told me it would be best to use the landscapers that started the project, but was kind enough to walk through their estimate with me and identify line items that were potentially overstated. I was blown away by Tim's honesty and how generous he was with his time. Although I'm not using him on this project, he will be the first person I call on any future project.
